Friendster saga

In 2003, Friendster got from Google a $30 million deal to buy it off but Friendster pushed it aside because they felt they were worth billions. Since then, Friendster has faced many failures. From the competitor Myspace, and great qualified CEOs but hard to get in touch with (Tim Koogle, then Scott Sassa, then Taek Kwan). Fortunately the string of misfortunes stopped in late 2005, when Kent Lindstrom (one of the founders of Friendster), became the company president. Now at last, Friendster is growing steadily under his leadership and we hope it continues.
