Bright Cove, the popular video startup company, has officially announced the launch of what they call the BrightCove Network. The new service allows “small time” directors and movie makers to monetize their work and present it to a large audience over the web.

Using BrightCove gives video makers credibility as the company has worked with established media companies such as Warner Music Group, MTV, the Wall Street Journal, and dozens of others.

The company raised over $5 million in Series A funding last year an then another $11 million from investors that included AOL earlier this year.

You can visit the company web site and get all of the details at http://www.brightcove.com.
