P2P Files Sharing with BitTorrent

P2P files sharing used to be the talk of the town. If you’ve been wandering the net long enough, chances are you have already used P2P files sharing to get certain software or tools from some stranger.
P2P is a term dubbed to describe the peer to peer files sharing phenomenon that is still making a lot of film producers and copyrighted owners of any valuable software have headache and want to fight illegal sharing of their files. That’s the bad part of P2P, because it allows you to share files with anyone else without any obligations. Among the well-known P2P sharing tools are, Kaaza, Limewire and of course BitTorrent.
And I would recommend you to start using BitTorrent if you haven’t done so yet. BitTorrent has always been associated with illegal P2P files sharing, but it’s actually not always true. The operations involved actually allow less dependability required to host a large file, such as a high-definition video.
Let’s look at what the users can do with BitTorrent. Users who download a file from a BitTorrent network also simultaneously upload pieces of the file to other users on the network. What’s unique about BitTorrent is that you will be rewarded with increased download speed if you share files on BitTorrent, but if you choose to just “leech” and not share your files upwards, you will be punished with slow Torrent download speeds. What’s great about BitTorrent is, they’re made to be compatible with either operating system, be it Windows or Mac.
They recently purchased their competitor µTorrent, a similar P2P files sharing system that actually uses BitTorrent’s own software protocol. This action resulted in BitTorrent having a combined user base of over 135 million.
The recent launche of Zudeo by Azereus (another BitTorrent client) will be able to attract a whole new range of user base that might be expecting better video quality. This is because Zudeo is going have HD and DVD quality video. So, this might be a better place for aspiring independent film makers to show off their masterpiece, which Youtube can’t provide. You can rest assured that the files you get specifically from Zudeo will bring you less chance to be sued for getting illegal content. It’s because you can only outsource media files available at Zudeo server only. Ultimately, what Azures tries to do is make BitTorrent easier for the masses by incorporating a Java applet into the download process. It will detect if you have already installed Azureus on your system, download and install the application in case you haven’t yet and finally start to download your desired video.
The research and prediction done by Verdict Research reveal that expectation for legal digital media files downloading among the tech savvy online communities will soar in near future, from the current $218.4 million to $975 million in 2011. And it’s quite obvious that the bigger slice of the pie will go to online video sharing community.
So, if you’re a tycoon, looking for any great talents in the film production industry, the right place to get them is definitely at Zudeo.
