Web2Corp - Is Serious!

Phil Butler,

PRWeb, Orlando, FL - January 12, 2007 — Web2Corp has just launched the TemplateSuperstore.com, which promises to provide content creators with pre-designed content templates. The new site is another branch of their growing network of sites including: Web1000.com - a free hosting service, ChamberECommerce.com - a turn key e-commerce solution, and JobMatchPro.com - a video resume hosting site.

TemplateSuperstore.com is for users who want a little more than their free site hosting builder can provide, but do not want to spend their lives creating a look. Sometimes the hardest part of creating a nice site is building the look of the pages. These templates offer a worry free solution to owning a great looking site, and the templates are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The site has more than six thousand professionally created templates. Users can select templates from this huge inventory and purchase either the right to use or exclusive rights to the templates. Any of the templates can be customized by the graphic designers, musicians, or writers at TemplateSuperstore

The take!

No one can predict which way a company or web entity will go beyond today. What I am seeing so far from Web2Corp is straight forward marketing with good quality products. As for being Web 2.0 worthy by definition, I would say they are as aligned as most and one heck of a lot better than many. The new site appears to have everything it advertises, as I searched pretty hard to find the typical “cheesy stuff”, and could not. The templates I saw were of very good quality, and the services available looked top drawer too. Some of the templates really are quite amazing, but that is from the perspective of an amateur coder.

The new web site actually struck me in a very positive way. Web 2.0-6.0 will certainly be more straight forward and decisive in my view. This web site is selling intellectual property, period! The site makes no bones about what is going on there. They provide what looks like excellent web creations for their customers. Even the press release is not weighted down with … Well you know what.

The presentation of this site’s services is simple and to the point. Would I pay $60 for a template for my web site? Certainly! If I make $20 an hour, and it takes me 6 hours (if I’m lucky) to duplicate the flash or html for my own version, then I save money and time (and maybe a keyboard).

Web whatever needs to be a respectful and honest categorization and presentation of data for us. Anything that cannot be explained logically or presented with honestly belongs in the dungeon of the Internet.

This site shows us immediately what we are getting, and that it is not exactly going to be cheap or free. I like that a lot! We don’t need cheap, free, deals, promotions, or any other buzz words that turn out to be false. This site is not perfect, and it is meant to make money, but it is free of gimmicks so far! It looks like the guys at Web2Corp are playing seriously to me.

I was just thinking. what would the web look like if we did have a dungeon? If the big dogs would collaborate, then human screening, combined with natural language, filtered with programs and people would provide a clean web, maybe!

Think of the web like this:

Phil Butler 10 minute web 3.0 above - and below - site sans banners and hype! Wouldn’t that be nice?
