Mad Blogging on VentBox

logoAre you frustrated, sick and tired of being sick and tired? VentBox has come up with a therapeutic place for you! VentBox released the news that their new site had competed its beta testing and was ready for human consumption. According to the release: “The voices of average Internet users got a little bit louder today, as community complaint site VentBox.com released its site to the public.”

VentBox is powered by a unique blend of technology aimed at two vital aspects of the web, self expression and finding other people who share your frustration.

VentBoxTM founder Nate Westheimer explains, “VentBoxTM allows users to express themselves while simultaneously matching them with other people who are saying the same thing.” With the VentBoxTM system, if someone has already submitted a similar vent on VentBox.com, users can join in and make that vent more important, thus making their own opinion more loudly heard than if they had merely blogged about it or, even worse, kept the “vent” to themselves.”

The site's developers are relying on the potential of making a community for people who need a forum to vent social and personal frustration in an increasingly frustrating and cutthroat world. VentBox users can rely on tools at the site designed to help them spread the word about their “vent”. Vent users can email vents or blog vents and copy the site code to distribute the messages.

VentBoxis owned and operated by BricaBox, LLC. New York City based entrepreneur Nate Westheimer founded BricaBox in 2006. The company employs an agile team of industry experts, as well as Eva Westheimer – Nate's little sister – who acts as a lead adviser, and has been involved from its earliest stage.

The take on this new blog site is simple; it is a nice, new and uncluttered place to share your interests or views. Because of the environment established due to the name (and by design I think) premise of the site, people are going to be in a certain mood when they post here. This is kind of interesting and unique to me, and I think I like it. To me, it is better to go to a site PO'd and vent, than it is to go to a site hoping to be able to get people to see your point of view, only to get PO'd because of all the nasty little narrow minded bloggers.

At VentBox we can all be “nasty little narrow minded bloggers” to start with!  Be prepared to vent people!
