Fresh Reader - Pushing the Feed

If I write an article about "my" RSS aggregator, then in fairness I should write about a new one. Oddly enough a new one was just released called Fresh Reader, a productivity booster from sidefeed.
Fresh Reader is a Web based, server type RSS feed reader that runs exceptionally fast. Fresh Reader is designed for either personal or corporate use, and allows for social bookmarking, mobile support, Intranet use and many other features.
The server based downloaded version allows the users to customize the reader to their preferred taste. The framed design illuminates all unread contend in a single page for easily viewable navigation. This content is archived so that the user can read and then search or vice versa. This method is great for people on the go or the blogger looking for a great story fast. Important pages can be bookmarked with keywords, and Fresh Reader automatically generates a keyword shortcut to them for later reading.
Fresh Reader also subscribes users to pages that "do not" support feed syndication by converting text links into feeds. Fresh feed is one of the coolest features of the reader, which allows the user to subscribe to major search engines via keyword search. Blog feeds display the blog in full scrollable frame, which is helpful, and installing new feeds is quick once you get the navigation down.
Pros
Fresh Reader does exactly what it says is will! The reader is simple to use (once you get used to it) and it is really fast. I like the web based nature of the reader too, and viewing feeds in full frame really simplifies selection and reading of news stories. Adding new feeds is very simple and flexible, with good flexibility for organizing feeds and folders. Fresh Reader reminds me of a "big brother" version of other readers. It just looks bigger, and I have never really liked scanning news in a mini window any way. With a little more work in simplifying the download, this could be one of the premier readers available. There are just too many possibilities and features for this new tool to list them all. Once the default feeds expand, users will find Fresh Reader to be a useful and fun tool for quickly reading and scanning news and websites.
Cons
I only have two problems with this innovative reader release. The download is a pain in the neck! I won't go into detail, but the Fresh Reader program has way too many approvals and etc. Steps make people (especially me) impatient. The second problem is with the server ini. (a separate dll) The way the download separates the program from the server download caused a conflict that required a text editor (notepad) insertion of a dll. I don't know about you, but I had enough of that in customizing older online game files 4 years ago. In the final analysis, I just used the "try out" online version so that I could test the little jewel, because the convoluted download kept trying to log me in as Emily Chang (I don't look near that good).
This could have been a glitch on my part, but I have obviously downloaded a couple of programs to test for you guys. The ini script change is prominent in the procedure, so I think it is a problem they are working on. Other than this obstacle and getting familiar with Fresh Reader's UI, the new tool is really exceptional. I will go so far as to say I would use it over my others if I could just install it! That is pretty good coming from an old coot like me!

I just discovered a cool web based feed RSS aggregator : http://www.itsmynews.com
What I like about it : you don’t need to know anything about RSS technology. They seem to have a big database of feeds from which you can choose. They claim 50,000 sources. Simple. Clean and clear.
I also like the fact that you can email the feeds to your friends, comment on articles and rate today’s stories. I have never seen these two last functionalities in any RSS aggregator.
Worth having a look
