Last week I spent half an hour on the phone with Zapproved team demonstrating me the possibilities behind their startups and the real-life value it can offer to any company, no matter how big or small it is and what field it works in. Today Zapproved is out of private beta and is welcoming new users representing any industry.
Basically Zapproved is a startup that has a goal of making the process of decision making actually efficient and smooth. If you have ever worked in more or less large corporation, you must know that tons of your time will be consumed by email conversations with various colleagues trying to come up with a common decision on a proposal or an idea.
This is exactly where Zapproved offers a solution: with their simple online application they offer to eliminate these lengthy conversations by giving everyone a simple tool to clearly state agreement or disagreement with a proposal - be it a new design for a corporate website or a new candidate to invite for an interview.

Zapproved allows any team member to send an email to anyone who might be concerned and whose opinion is needed to make a decision from Zapproved simple and straightforward online interface. Everyone will receive an email with the buttons to agree, disagree or add comments on the proposal. Also there is an opportunity to add people in CC field so that everyone who needs to be in the know is informed - even if they don’t need to have their say on the final decision.

The best part about Zapproved is that it is not even necessary for everyone in the team to be a registered user - only the person who creates a proposal needs to have an account to be able to create such a proposal and send out the emails. Everyone will receive the proposal along with the option to approve it simply be email and will be able to approve or add comments without even registering with the services. So if one particular person in a company is constantly engaged in getting the team’s opinions on what to do about this or that project or idea this person may be the one to adopt Zapproved first and demonstrate everyone who may need such a tool in the future how useful it can be.
As any tool that is intended for business use, Zapproved comes with a reasonable business model suggesting that users pay for extra storage for files to be attached to proposals and other premium features. The premium accounts will also be available starting today now that Zapproved is exiting the private beta testing stage.
All in all, Zapproved is certainly a very simple and efficient tool for any company that has to deal with group decision-making. It offers a level of transparency and traceability that will make sure that a decision is made with everyone having a say - yet without wasting time on multiple email exchanges and meetings. This is certainly a must-bookmark website for anyone who has to deal with the decision-making hassle from time to time.
