I know that for many of my online friends socialmedian has already become THE place to share and discover news and various thought-provoking articles. I can’t say that I myself am particularly active on the service yet I like what I see every time I visit. I have recently received an invitation to try out the relatively new lifestreaming aggregator Strands and since lifestreaming is one of the hottest trends these days I wanted to give it a try and share my thoughts here for anyone who may be considering trying another lifestreaming service or looking for strong alternatives to FriendFeed. But unfortunately as blog owners choose different services to install on their blogs, readers end up creating accounts with each of the services. |

Do We Already Need Aggregators of Profiles Aggregators?

I have just been told by one of our readers that we underestimate one current trend in Web 2.0. He mentioned that many people now have their online presence scattered around the web in blogs, photo and video sharing sites, social networks, etc. And so new services are created that are intended to gather all this content in one place - while Profy rarely pays attention to this trend. |
