The New York Times is reporting that Yahoo has issued yet another infamous statement rejecting another offer from Steve Ballmer and his new best friend Carl Icahn. Yahoo is turning out to be the Hillary Clinton of the web these days: running a campaign to save itself that is on its last legs and refusing to stand down and let the more stable web candidates win.
