We received a nice exclusive from Diigo the social bookmarking beta about their latest release WebSlides. This innovation is a browser based player that displays live Web pages with integrated annotation, sticky notes and highlights in an interactive slideshow. Web-Chops Captures Pieces of Your Web

Back on the testing trail I ran across Web-Chops, a cool capture tool that lets users “chop” any element from individual pages and perform mashups on their Web-Chop pages. This service is in public alpha right now and I must say that it is not only fun but has some interesting potential. I chopped out some beautiful ladies from one of the top 50 lists in no time and supplied the result in a screen below titled “Web-Lamb-Chops.” |

Spock has been a much anticipated startup with a vision for a much deeper people search capability. This private beta was announced at the Web 2.0 Expo back in April and the stated mission has been to organize information around people and to create a search result for everyone on the planet.
