Online Video Portal Sells for $17.5 Million

If you haven't heard of eBaum's World, a viral online video portal, now you will. HandHeld Entertainment, has purchased the popular web destination for $15 million in cash and another $2.5 million in stock. Current estimates suggest a possible total of $50 million in cash and stock over the next three years.

MyspaceTV To Feature LonelyGirl15 Season Finale

Beginning Friday, August 3 at 8 a.m., LonelyGirl15 will begin showing its season finale on MySpaceTV every hour for 12 hours in a row. The “12 in 12″ final episodes will follow the cast as they try to find their missing friend. Each episode is usually between 1 to 4 minutes long.
